1. Scope

These terms govern all legal relationships between customers and our establishment regarding service usage.

2. Usage Policy

Customers must apply through designated methods. We reserve the right to reject applications without explanation if:

1. False information provided
2. Prior violation history
3. Other disqualifying circumstances

3. Fees & Payment

Service fees shall be paid via specified methods according to website rates.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

1. Cancellation fees: 100% (same day) / 50% (1 day prior) / 30% (2-5 days prior). Paid reservations cannot be rescheduled.
2. Unrescheduled dates within 1 month will incur full cancellation fees.
3. No-shows after 30min (unreachable) or 60min (reachable) forfeit all payments.
4. ID verification required.

5. Prohibitions

1. Service refusal for:
   1. Under 18 / high school students
   2. Non-smartphone owners
   3. Sexual service seekers
   4. History of malicious cancellations
   5. Anti-social elements
   6. Intoxicated / drug users
   7. Unhygienic persons
   8. Defamatory behavior
   9. Other disqualifications
2. Usage prohibitions:
   1. Illegal / immoral acts
   2. Criminal activities
   3. Service disruption
   4. Impersonation
   5. Supporting anti-social groups
   6. Privacy invasion / stalking
   7. Collecting personal information
   8. Soliciting trade secrets
   9. Content plagiarism
   10. Private space invitations
   11. Self-driving dates (taxis allowed)
   12. Forced alcohol consumption
   13. Excessive physical contact
   14. Post-service harassment
   15. Unauthorized contact
   16. Poaching attempts
   17. Unapproved recording
   18. Offering outside F&B
   19. Potentially dangerous acts
   20. Other inappropriate acts

   ※ Violations result in immediate termination without refunds. Legal action may follow.

3. SNS communication bans:
   1. Obscene / spam messages
   2. Sexual service requests
   3. Explicit photo demands
   4. Private date invitations
   5. Harassing communications
   6. Threatening behavior
   7. Non-service related content
   8. Off-topic messaging

   ※ Violators will be blocked and banned.

4. Call service special prohibitions:
   1. Lewd exposure / coercion
   2. Uncomfortable content
   3. Overtime calls
   4. Investment solicitation
   5. Other inappropriate acts

6. Service Suspension

We may suspend services without notice for:

1. System maintenance
2. Force majeure
3. Equipment failure
4. Operational difficulties

※ No liability for resulting damages.

7. Disclaimers

1. No liability except for willful misconduct / gross negligence
2. Compensation limited to direct damages
3. No responsibility for user disputes
4. No liability for accidents during service

8. Service Modifications

We reserve rights to modify / discontinue services without liability.

9. Terms Amendment

Terms may be revised unilaterally without notice.

10. Notifications

Communications shall follow designated channels.

11. Non-transferability

Rights / obligations cannot be transferred without written consent.

12. Governing Law

Japanese law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction resides with our headquarters' local court.
